CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC and its President Sampy Gajre believes in giving back to the community be it at a local level or the global level. Below are few of the projects that CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC and the President of the firm is actively involved in.
Sampy Gajre, President of CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC is the Marketing Executive for an international non-profit organization called Executives Without Borders www.executiveswithoutborders.org Executives Without Borders works with non-profit organizations that matches business leaders willing to volunteer their time with organizations asking for assistance. Sampy Gajre has recently created a global Marketing Plan for Project Nanhi Kali in India that works at educating the "girl" child. Nanhi Kali is a Non-Profit organization based in India that works for educating the "girl" child. www.nanhikali.org CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC and its President are actively involved in marketing for Nanhi Kali in order to educate people about the work of this organization and collecting donations that enable children to receive elementary education. Open Door Mission/Lydia House in downtown Omaha holds workshops for Women and Men who are going through a program and being trained to go back into the main stream of society. CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC along with other volunteers participates in workshops throughout the year to teach these men and women interviewing skills, resume writing skills, interview attire skills and provides them with formal shoes, clothes and office stationary. Millard West High School holds Interview and Resume writing workshops for its High School children one session per semester. This is a part of their speech class where volunteers like Sampy Gajre who run and operate a Recruiting Firm volunteer their time and expertise in teaching these children the life skills of how to interview, and dress for a interview. We also teach the children to write resumes, fill applications forms and about verbal and non-verbal behavior. Indian Association of Nebraska is a non-profit, non-religious organization that promotes Indian culture in the form of art, music, and festivals. Sampy Gajre is on the board of the IAN and works with other board members to promote knowledge about the Indian arts and music. IAN also makes annual donations to the Food Bank, makes donations to scholarship funds at UNO, Creighton and UNMC and volunteers help the city by painting homes of those in need or in low income neighborhoods.
- CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC is working with University of Nebraska at Omaha's Business School to provide professional recruiting and resume writing/interviewing skills for it graduating/alumni students. CareerSearch Dynamics, LLC and its President will volunteer it's time to provide this free service to the students, facilitate networking, and enable them to hunt for jobs by leveraging our contacts for entry level positions.
Sampy Gajre also serves on the board of Omaha Business Women's Networking (OBWN) as their VP of Marketing. http://obwn.pbworks.com/ OBWN is a local networking group based in Omaha, NE that brings together Business Women who are ready to share, network and learn from each other and from the great speakers that we bring in every month.
